Asia Regional Round - Team Participation Fee – USD$1700  per team (5 persons )

Extra per person costs USD$450  - subject to application to ACWH and availability

The Participation Fee includes:

 

1)  Accommodation at the Leader Hotel - four (4) nights

Check-in: Wednesday, 17^th March 2010

Check-out: Sunday, 21^th March 2010

2)  Welcome Ceremony (includes drinks and canapés) – Wednesday, 17^th March 2010

3)  Awards Ceremony (includes dinner) – Saturday, 20^th March 2010

4)  Meals as follows:

Breakfast – 18^th, 19^h, 20^th and 21^th March 2010

Lunch – 18^th, 19^th and 20^th March 2010

Dinner – 18^th and 19^th March 2010

Each Asia Regional Round Team is required to pay direct to ACWH the above Participation Fee, by the deadline date listed in Appendix A – Competition Timeline (Monday, 7 December 2009) and as per the following bank transfer details:
